AIPREDICTION (Domain : aiprediction.io) Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 15, 2024

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are established for the purpose of regulating the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users of the AIPREDICTION service (domain: aiprediction.io) provided by InsightSoft Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in connection with the use of the service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. The interpretation of terms not defined herein shall be in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and service-specific guidelines. Terms not defined in relevant laws and service-specific guidelines shall follow general industry practices.

  • ① Company: InsightSoft Co., Ltd.
  • ② AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io): Application name
  • ③ ID (Username): A combination of letters, special characters, numbers, or an email address selected by the member for identification and service use, approved by the Company.
  • ④ PW (Password): A combination of letters, special characters, numbers, etc., selected by the member to confirm their identity matching the ID.
  • ⑤ Contents: All information, network services, applications, free/paid items, and other digitally produced content provided by the Company for use through devices in connection with the service.
  • ⑥ Paid Contents (PREDICTION): All online content that users purchase by consuming cyber money while using the service.
  • ⑦ Post: Symbols (including URLs), characters, images, etc., posted or registered by members on the AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) service.
  • ⑧ Poster: The person who registers posts within the AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) service.
  • ⑨ Service: All services provided by the Company under AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io)
  • ⑩ User: Any individual who enters into a service agreement according to these terms and conditions and uses all services provided by the Company (including members and non-members)
  • ⑪ Dormant account: The act of converting a member into a dormant state if there is no service usage for the period specified in the privacy policy while there are remaining AIPREDICTION points.

Article 3 (Effect, Application, and Amendment of the Terms)

  • ① These terms and conditions take effect by being posted on the AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) service or by notifying users through other methods to ensure easy accessibility for service users.
  • ② Agreeing to these terms means consenting to regularly visit the service to check for changes in the terms and conditions.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may amend these terms and conditions when deemed necessary. In the event of amendments, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) will announce the changed content and effective date in the service notice 7 days before the application date. However, for significant changes in the user's rights or obligations, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) will make a public announcement 30 days in advance and provide notice upon service access for confirmation. The amended terms and conditions become effective from the announced or notified application date.

Article 4 (Other Provisions)

  • ① Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws related to the promotion of information and communication network use, information protection, regulations on terms and conditions, the Telecommunications Business Act, and the operating principles established by the company.
  • ② Changes in the company's policies, operational guidelines, enactment or amendment of laws, or announcements and guidelines from public institutions regarding the company's notifications through the means of communication to members constitute part of these terms and conditions.

Article 5 (Company's Obligations)

  • ① The company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these terms and conditions, and shall make continuous and best efforts to provide services stably and securely.
  • ② The company shall not neglect its duty to secure the privacy of users' personal information.
  • ③ If opinions or complaints raised by users are objectively recognized as valid, the company shall promptly process them through appropriate procedures.
    In cases where immediate processing is difficult, the company shall notify the user of the reasons and processing schedule.
  • ④ The company shall not disclose or distribute the user's personal information known in connection with the provision of services to third parties without the user's consent, except when requested by relevant authorities for investigative purposes under related laws or as required by law.

Article 6 (User's Obligations)

  • ① Users must provide accurate personal information based on truth when applying for membership or updating membership information. If false or others' information is registered, the user cannot claim any rights related to such information.
  • ② Users must comply with the provisions in these terms and conditions, other regulations set by the company, announcements, and other matters notified by the company, as well as relevant laws. Users must not engage in acts that disrupt the company's business, damage the company's reputation, or harm others.
  • ③ Users must not replicate or distribute information obtained through the service for commercial purposes without the prior approval of the company.
  • ④ Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the stable operation of the service by transmitting a large amount of information or repeatedly posting information of the same or similar content.
  • ⑤ Users must not engage in business activities for profit purposes using the service without the prior written consent of the company. The company is not responsible for the consequences of violating such business activities, and in case of damage to the company resulting from such business activities, the member shall be liable for compensation.
  • ⑥ Users cannot transfer or donate their right to use the service, or any other status under the service agreement, to others without the explicit consent of the company. The responsibility for the management and misuse of the ID and password lies with the user unless the company intentionally or negligently causes it.
    If the user's ID or password is used fraudulently, the user must immediately notify the company.
  • ⑦ Except when the company bears responsibility under related laws and the privacy policy, all results arising from the user's negligence in managing or improperly using their member ID or engaging in fraudulent use are the user's responsibility.

Article 7 (Conclusion of Service Agreement through Membership Registration)

  • ① The service customer agrees to these terms and the privacy policy, selects agreement, and completes the membership registration by filling out the application form provided by the company, upon which the agreement is established upon the company's approval.
  • ② Membership registration can also be done through AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) or by linking to other service accounts (Google, Apple). In the case of registering with another service account, it is considered that the user has granted AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) the permission to link.
  • ③ Service users may not use another person's account without permission, and the information provided in the membership application is considered to be the user's actual information.
  • ④ Users must manage their ID and password carefully. The responsibility for any negligence, misuse, or consequences arising from such actions lies with the member, and AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) assumes no responsibility.
  • ⑤ If users become aware that their ID, password, or additional information has been stolen or is being used by a third party, they must immediately take measures such as changing their password and promptly inform AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) following AIPREDICTION's guidance.
  • ⑥ When registering, the password must be a combination of at least two of the following: English letters, numbers, and special characters, with a minimum length of 8 characters. Easily guessable passwords, such as consecutive numbers, birthdays, phone numbers, or passwords similar to the ID, should not be used.
  • ⑦ It is recommended to change the password at least once every 6 months.

Article 8 (Restrictions on Approval of Service Agreement through Membership Registration)

  • 1. The company may restrict or withhold approval for membership registration, or claim damages depending on the severity of the case, in the following circumstances:
    • ① If service provision is impossible due to the company's business or technical reasons.
    • ② If the user omits or provides false information in the registration, attaches false documents, or if approval is impossible due to the user's fault.
    • ③ If the user applies with the purpose of undermining or intending to undermine social order or public morals.
    • ④ If the user has previously lost membership status (withdrawal) under Article 11 (Termination of Contract and Suspension of Service Use, etc.) and Article 16 (Restriction of Service Use), Paragraph 5 of Article 17 (Copyright of Contents). However, if the company acknowledges that the user's objection and request for release are valid, the membership status may be restored.
    • ⑤ If the user resides or accesses from a country where the company has not been granted the right to provide services or copyrights.
    • ⑥ If the user engages in criminal activities or repeatedly joins and withdraws from paid membership within a specific period for purposes other than normal use, which is evident interference with the company's services, etc.
    • ⑦ If the user does not meet the requirements set by the company for application.
  • 2. If reasons specified in each item of the preceding paragraph are found after the approval of the application, the company may terminate or suspend the service use contract entered into according to these terms and conditions.
  • 3. Service use may be restricted based on the member's qualifications or age.
    • ① Members under the age of 19 (except for those who reach the age of 19 on January 1 of the relevant year, hereinafter the same) are restricted from using paid contents according to the regulations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection, and the Youth Protection Act.
    • ② To use paid contents, members must be over the age of 19 and, in accordance with the regulations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection and the Youth Protection Act, authenticate themselves through real-name verification and age verification. Failure to authenticate will result in restrictions on the use of the relevant service.
    • ③ Members under the age of 14 are restricted from membership registration and service use.

Article 9 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) makes efforts to protect user's personal information in accordance with relevant laws and the company's privacy policy. However, the company's privacy policy does not apply to services linked from AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) that are not official services.
  • ② Depending on the characteristics of the service, information introduced by the user, such as nicknames and photos, may be disclosed.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may request a copy of the user's identification or equivalent document for verification purposes, notifying the user of the reason (purpose) in advance. AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may not use this information for purposes other than those notified and must promptly destroy it upon achieving the intended purpose.
  • ④ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) will not provide the user's personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases where requested by relevant government agencies under related laws, excluding cases where there are demands from related government agencies under related laws.

Article 10 (Notice to Members)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may notify users of matters related to their rights and obligations necessary for service use through the email provided by the member to AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io)
  • ② In the case of notifying an unspecified number of users, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may substitute individual notices by posting them on the service.
Article 11 (Termination of Contract and Suspension of Service Use, etc.)
  • ① Users may terminate the service contract at any time if they do not wish to use the service, and the termination is processed immediately. Upon termination, all content information held by the user is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • How to delete user account:
    • 1. Log in.
    • 2. Log in -> Go to the More menu tab.
    • 3. More -> Select the Delete Account tab.
    • 4. Confirm after reviewing the Terms of Service.
    • You can delete your user account using these steps.
  • ② If a user engages in any of the following behaviors, the company may terminate the service contract or suspend service use for a specified period:
    • 1. Registering false information during service application.
    • 2. Intentionally obstructing the operation of the service.
    • 3. Impersonating another person's service ID and password.
    • 4. Sending a large amount of information to interfere with the stable operation of the service or sending advertising information.
    • 5. Distributing computer virus programs or other harmful programs that may cause damage to the company and users.
    • 6. Violating other service policies.
  • ③ In the event of termination or suspension of the service contract under the preceding paragraph, the user cannot use related content, and any fees paid for content purchases and data communication fees cannot be refunded.

Article 12 (Provision of Service)

  • ① The service usage contract is considered to be established when the user agrees to these terms or uses AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) or uses the network to access content. However, for some services, the company may start providing services from a designated date as needed.
  • ② The company may provide users with services, including additional services, in addition to those specified in these terms when providing services.
  • ③ The company may differentiate user grades and may vary usage time, frequency of use, and the scope of services provided based on the user's grade.

Article 13 (Use of Service)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) strives to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year, except for special business or technical reasons. However, the company may temporarily suspend the service for regular maintenance, server expansion or replacement, network instability, and other necessary operational reasons, with prior notice on the service.
  • ② Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the company may temporarily restrict or suspend the service without notice due to urgent and unavoidable reasons. In such cases, the company may announce the matter after the fact.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may conduct regular checks as needed for stable service provision, and the schedule and time of regular checks will be announced on the service.
  • ④ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) provides services through dedicated applications or networks for smart devices, and users can download and install the application or use the service through the network, either for free or for a fee.
  • ⑤ Depending on relevant laws, government policies, etc., AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may restrict service usage hours or access to the service for users, and AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not responsible for any consequences arising from such restrictions.
  • ⑥ The company may suspend the entire service or part of it if situations such as force majeure, social unrest, natural disasters, or equivalent national emergencies, power outages, failure of service facilities, or excessive use of services occur, which are beyond the company's control. In such cases, the company will announce the reasons and duration to users in advance or after the fact.
  • ⑦ For paid services, users must pay the specified fees for the relevant service. Additionally, downloading and using the service through the network may incur separate fees set by the subscribed mobile carrier.
  • ⑧ In the case of using services through downloaded and installed applications or network services, they are provided according to the characteristics of smart devices or mobile carriers. If there is a change in the smart device, number, or international roaming, some or all functions of the content may not be available, and the company is not responsible for any such consequences.

Article 14 (Provision of Information and Advertisement Posting)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may post advertisements to maintain this service, and users agree to the display of advertisements during service use.
  • ② The company is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by users' participation or communication or transactions resulting from advertisements by third parties mentioned in paragraph 1.
  • ③ For the purpose of service improvement and introducing services to users, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may request additional information from users. Users can choose to accept or refuse the request for additional information.
  • ④ With the user's prior consent, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may utilize the collected personal information to provide advertisements as mentioned in paragraph 1 and information as mentioned in paragraph 3. The company may send SMS, smartphone notifications, or emails for such purposes, and users can refuse to receive them at any time.

Article 15 (Operation of Dormant Account System)

  • 1. If a member with remaining AIPREDICTION points does not use the service for the period specified in the privacy policy, the account will be changed to a dormant state and managed separately.
    • ① Members in a dormant state may use or possess the relevant free/paid service again through the agreed-upon procedure between the company and the member.
    • ② If a member recovers from dormancy, the remaining AIPREDICTION points will be applied the same as in the dormant state.
    • ③ The provisions of Article 21, paragraph 4, regarding the remaining AIPREDICTION points of dormant account members apply similarly.
    • ④ Members in a dormant state with no remaining AIPREDICTION points will have their personal information destroyed under the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc." If they log in more than once within 1 year, the usage period is automatically extended, and the account does not become dormant or have personal information destroyed.

Article 16 (Restriction on Service Use)

  • ① Users must not engage in the following acts, and if they do, the company may take measures such as restricting service use, deleting related information (text, photos, videos, etc.), and other actions, including restrictions on use.
    • 1. Registering false information or deceiving others when applying, changing, or registering.
    • 2. Impersonating others.
    • 3. Changing the company's program, hacking the company's server, or arbitrarily changing part or all of the service or posted information, or using the company's service in abnormal ways without special permission.
    • 4. Exploiting bugs in the company's program.
    • 5. Illegally acquiring, transferring, or trading cyber assets (accounts, free/paid items, etc.) and physical assets using abnormal methods.
    • 6. Harming or intentionally disrupting the service.
    • 7. Conducting business activities using the service without the company's prior approval.
    • 8. Copying information obtained through the service for purposes other than service use without the company's prior approval, using it for publication, broadcasting, etc., or providing it to third parties.
    • 9. Transmitting, posting, or otherwise distributing content that infringes on others' patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
    • 10. Transmitting, posting, or otherwise distributing obscene or sexually explicit information, sentences, images, sounds, videos, etc., that violate the Youth Protection Act or other laws.
    • 11. Transmitting, posting, or otherwise distributing information that is severely offensive or infringing on others' honor or privacy.
    • 12. Harassing or threatening other users or causing continuous distress or discomfort to specific users.
    • 13. Collecting or storing other users' personal information without the company's approval.
    • 15. Engaging in acts that violate other relevant laws.

Article 17 (Changes and Termination of the Service)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may change the provided service based on operational or technical needs. The details and effective date of the changed service will be notified to users in advance through the initial screen after running the service or app.
    However, in cases of critical bugs, server equipment malfunctions, urgent security problem resolutions, or other unavoidable circumstances that cannot be notified in advance, the notification may be made afterward.
  • ② If AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) needs to terminate the entire service due to changes in the market environment, technological requirements, decreased preference of individual service users, or other urgent situations of the company, it will notify users 30 days in advance through the initial screen after running the service, and notices.
    The company can then terminate the provision of the service. Users cannot demand the continuation of the service or claim compensation for the service termination.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may restrict or suspend the entire or part of the service in the following cases:
    • 1) In case of force majeure such as war, riot, natural disaster, or state of emergency.
    • 2) If there is a hindrance to normal service use due to power outage, equipment failure, or excessive use.
    • 3) In case of unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance of service equipment.
    • 4) If the company is unable to provide the service due to various circumstances.
  • ④ The company is not responsible for problems arising from changes and termination of the service.

Article 18 (Copyright of Content)

  • ① Content posted by users on AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is protected by copyright law, and the copyright and other intellectual property rights of works created by AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) belong to AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io).
  • ② Users clearly acknowledge that they own the copyright and other industrial property rights of the posted content.
    However, by posting content on this service, users grant AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use (utilize, disclose, advertise, display, distribute, etc.) some or all of the content (and its derivative works) related to the service and business.
    Users also agree not to exercise copyright personality rights against AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io).
  • ③ Users must not use works created by the company for profit without prior approval from the company (Fair Trade Commission Standard Terms and Conditions Article 20).
  • ④ If the content posted or transmitted by users is deemed to fall under any of the following categories, the company may immediately delete the content without prior notice and may also refuse registration:
    • 1. Content that defames or invades the privacy or damages the honor of other users or third parties.
    • 2. Content that may hinder the stable operation of the service.
    • 3. Content related to criminal activities.
    • 4. Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or other rights of the company or third parties.

Article 19 (User's Content Activities)

  • ① Content activities refer to the act of users posting text, photos, and other content on AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) with their account holder status.
  • ② Users' content activities are considered to permit other service users to download and view the content for non-profit personal use in private homes.
  • ③ Users can only post content that does not violate these terms and conditions.

Article 20 (Management and Temporary Measures for Content)

  • ① If the content posted by users includes information that violates the Information and Communication Network Act, the Copyright Act, or other related laws, the copyright holder may request the suspension and deletion of the relevant content through the legal procedures, and AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) must take appropriate measures according to the relevant laws.
  • ② Even without a request from the copyright holder, AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) may take temporary measures for the relevant content if there are reasonable grounds to believe that copyright infringement is recognized or if it violates AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io)'s operating policies and related laws.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) will immediately take measures such as deleting content and issuing warnings to the poster in the event of issues related to the content.
  • ④ Users can request temporary measures through AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) in case of content-related issues.

Article 21 (Purchase, Usage Period, and Use of Paid Content)

  • ① Users can purchase paid content according to the payment and operation policies of each app store operator based on the type of terminal device they are using. Differences in payment amounts may occur due to variations in payment policies. The purchase amount for paid content is imposed according to the methods and policies determined by the mobile carrier, platform operator, and app store operator associated with the service. The payment method also follows the policy of the respective operator.
  • ② Paid content purchased by users within the service can only be used on the terminal device where the service application is downloaded or installed.
  • ③ Users can only use paid content from their own account unless otherwise notified by the company through a separate method. Transferring, lending, or selling to third parties is not allowed.
  • ④ The usage period of bonus points acquired by users is generally one year, and after this period, users lose the right to use the corresponding bonus points.

Article 22 (Payment)

  • ① The purchase price for content is generally imposed according to the policies and methods determined by mobile carriers and application stores, and the payment method must be made according to the prescribed method. Limits may be imposed or adjusted for each payment method according to the policies of the company, payment agencies (mobile carriers, application stores, etc.), and government policies.
  • ② The company is not responsible for third-party payments resulting from users not using or carelessly exposing the password setting function of the terminal device and open market.

Article 23 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refund of Purchase Price)

  • ① The company's paid content is divided into products for which withdrawal of subscription is possible and products for which withdrawal of subscription is restricted.
    Information regarding products with restricted withdrawal is separately notified on the transaction screen when purchasing such paid content. Users who have entered into a contract for the use of paid content with the option to withdraw may withdraw within 7 days from the purchase date or the available date for using the paid content.
  • ② In the case of some paid content/bonus points with characteristics equivalent to those already used or considered used at the time of withdrawal request, or some paid content/bonus points received as gifts, through events, or provided free of charge by the company or a third party, the withdrawal of subscription (purchase cancellation) may be restricted in accordance with relevant laws.
    In such cases, the company will take measures as required by relevant laws, as notified to users when purchasing the relevant paid content.
  • ③ Withdrawal of subscription for paid content/bonus points is restricted in the following cases:
    • 1. For paid content/bonus points that are immediately used or applied to the application upon purchase.
    • 2. For paid content/bonus points obtained without payment through the normal use process of the application.
    • 3. If additional benefits are provided with paid content/bonus points and the additional benefit has been used.
    • 4. In the case of bundled sales of paid content/bonus points, if some have been used.
    • 5. For capsule-type/probability-type paid content/bonus points where the act of opening is considered use, or the effect is determined when opened.
    • 6. In the case of paid content where some have been used or it is difficult to resell after a certain period has passed.
  • ④ Refunds are processed according to the refund policy of each app store operator, depending on the operating system of the terminal device being used.
  • ⑤ Paid content/bonus points obtained by users during service without going through the actual normal purchase process, such as through compensation, internal events, or external partnership events, will not be refunded.
  • ⑥ When requesting withdrawal of subscription, refund, etc., users must go through a separate process of agreeing to the handling of personal information through the company's customer center.
    The process includes confirmation by the company of the purchase history through the platform operator or app store operator. The company may contact the user through the information provided by the user to confirm the facts and may request additional proof if necessary.
  • ⑦ If a minor purchases paid content through the application without the consent of the legal guardian, the minor or legal guardian can cancel the purchase. However, cancellation may be restricted if the minor's payment falls within the scope of the property permitted by the legal guardian, or if the minor deceives to be an adult.
    Whether the purchaser of paid content is a minor is determined based on the name of the device or the name of the payment method used for payment. If a minor requests a refund, the company may request documents proving that the minor and legal guardian.
  • ⑧ Payments made through the application follow the payment method provided by the open market operator.
    Therefore, if an overpayment occurs during the payment process, users are generally required to request a refund from the open market operator.
    However, depending on the policy and system of the open market operator, the company may request the operator to perform the necessary refund procedures if possible.
  • ⑨ For paid content purchased through the gifting feature, refunds and cancellations are generally not possible, except for paid content with defects. Refunds for paid content defects are possible only for the user who sent the gift.
  • ⑩ The company strives to complete the refund as soon as possible from the date it receives the necessary documents for a refund from the user.
  • ⑪ If a user is subscribed to a youth fee plan of a mobile carrier, the payment made on the terminal device is considered to have the consent of the legal guardian.

Article 24 (Effects of Subscription Withdrawal, etc.)

If the company receives the return of goods, etc., from the user, it refunds the payment within a business day.
However, in the case of payment methods requiring confirmation, the company refunds it within a business day from the confirmation date.
In the event of a delay in refund by the company, it pays the delay interest calculated by multiplying the interest rate set forth in the relevant laws by the delay period.

Article 25 (Refund of Overpayment)

  • ① If overpayment occurs due to the company's intention or attributable reasons, the company refunds the overpayment to the user.
    However, if overpayment occurs due to the user's intention or attributable reasons, the user is responsible for the reasonable costs incurred by the company in refunding the overpayment.
  • ② Payments through the application follow the payment method provided by the open market operator.
    Therefore, if overpayment occurs during the payment process, users are generally required to request a refund from the open market operator. However, depending on the policy and system of the open market operator, the company may request the operator to perform the necessary refund procedures if possible.
  • ③ Charges (call charges, data call charges, etc.) incurred through application downloads or network services may be excluded from the refund.

Article 26 (Damages Compensation)

  • ① The company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the free service provided by AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io).
    However, if the damages are caused by the company's attributable reasons, the company compensates for the user's losses.
  • ② If, in the course of using the service, the user's illegal actions or violations of these terms result in claims for damages or various objections, including lawsuits, from third parties other than the member, the user must make efforts at their own responsibility and cost to exempt AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io), and if AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not exempt, the user is responsible for the damages caused by the member's attributable portion.
  • ③ In cases where the company enters into a partnership agreement with an individual service provider and provides individual services to users, if damages occur due to reasons attributable to the individual service provider after the user agrees to the terms of use for the individual service, the individual service provider shall be responsible for the related damages.

Article 27 (Disclaimer)

  • ① AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is exempt from responsibility for providing services due to force majeure or events equivalent to force majeure.
  • ② AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspections, construction, etc., of service equipment.
  • ③ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is exempt from liability for service interruptions caused by the user's attributable reasons. However, this does not apply in cases where there are unavoidable or justifiable reasons for the user.
  • ④ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, data, or facts posted by the user in connection with the service.
  • ⑤ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is exempt from liability for transactions, etc., between users or between users and third parties using the service as an intermediary.
  • ⑥ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not responsible for the use of free services provided without specific provisions in relation to the service.
  • ⑦ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not responsible for the benefits that users expect or fail to gain through the use of the service.
  • ⑧ AIPREDICTION (domain: aiprediction.io) is not responsible for any issues arising from the user's device environment or problems arising from network environments for which the company is not responsible.
  • ⑨ The company is not responsible for the loss of user experience points, grades, paid/free items, etc., except in cases where it is caused by the company's negligence.

Article 28 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  • ① Matters not specified in this agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws if provided by the applicable laws.
  • ② In the event of a lawsuit arising from disputes over the use of the service, the court according to the procedures prescribed by law is the competent court.

<Supplementary provisions> [Provisional Clause] This agreement is effective from January 15, 2024.
